I didn't follow along as much as I did last year, but I still wanted to check out the top 5 at least.

Winner: Ukraine

Second: UK

Third: Spain

Fourth: Sweden

Fifth: Serbia

I was also curious about Italy, who won last year but came in sixth this time.

Norway caught my eye as well, in tenth place.
