  I always seem to have a daffodil for Spring, and that makes me happy.  ^_^ Happiness is gauged in a moment, and life overall. I have a quote from Sex and the City, which is based around a relationship but the point remains: "How often are you happy?" "Every day." "You feel happy every day?" "Not all day every day, but yes, every day." Sometimes you have to find the moment, and sometimes it may be a struggle, but Aristotle claimed it was the one thing we seek "in and of itself."  The pursuit of happiness. ❤️

  I woke up kind of irritated today so this is just the motivation I need. "Finding joy in the little moments, and appreciating life's simple pleasures are key ingredients to a fulfilling life." Yes, that includes Pharrell too.   And now I'm vibin'. Smile with the music.  :-)

 August is Happiness Happens month, a time for us to acknowledge that "happiness happens one small moment at a time and it's our job to recognize those moments when they happen." As Kurt Vonnegut said: I urge you to please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, "If this isn't nice, I don't know what is." So I make sure to appreciate the beauty and relaxation of a day at the river.   And I love those purple flowers. I smile at my sweet pups as they enjoy a nap. Drives around the desert with Hubby make my heart happy. Well, Hubby makes my heart happy.  :-) Also camping with loved ones, Seester Time, sunsets and stars...
