On this day in 1990, this pretty decent movie was released, but that's not the point of today.

It's the song, which is one of my all time top favorites.

So, with the oldies in mind, here's a band I listened to over and over again growing up.

The intro seriously gave me flashbacks of roadtrips to Sacramento with my Walkman.

Here's one I will always sing along to.

This one reminds me of Hot August Nights.

Speaking of Hot August Nights, we got to see this band perform one year.
