ASMR Day

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.

Many describe the sensation as a delightful tingling in the scalp and neck, triggered by specific sights or sounds.  It's considered a gateway to relaxation for stress relief or falling asleep.

One of the first content creators goes by the name The Waterwhispers.

I know I like hard sounds, like the tapping and crinkling paper.  I always respond to heels on concrete, for example.  Visually, I like paint.

That may be some part of growing up with Bob Ross.  I was never learning from him, I was just mesmerized.  In fact, some do say he was the originator of ASMR video, with his soothing voice and his paint palette.

What's your ASMR trigger?
