International Artist Day
To celebrate the incredible world of art, and to honor those creative souls who will leave a record of today for the future. I came across this artist in action one day downtown.

We have mostly local art in the house, but one of my all time favorite artists is Salvador Dali, this one in particular: Geopoliticus Child Watching the Birth of the New Man
A few years ago I met an artist from Rwanda, who shared his traumatic experiences and his beautiful work.
He runs a gallery called the Niyo Arts Centre as well as the Niyo Foundation, which "has been established to assist and support through art children in the streets, single mothers, genocide survivors and more generally, individuals stroke by poverty."
