Billboard has named Cardi B Woman of the Year.

Surely you've heard of "WAP" even if you haven't listened to it.  It's not my kind of jam, but I find some of the reactions to be hilarious, also narrow minded.


Jennifer Lopez will be honored with the Icon Award.


Dua Lipa will receive the Powerhouse Award.


The Rising Star Award will go to Chloe x Halle.


Dolly Parton will be the Hitmaker Award recipient - "a songwriter whose compositions have significantly impacted culture."
